Social Distancing Practices in our Patient Care Centres: 


— Removal of some of our waiting room chairs so that patients are able to  properly social distance themselves from others. 

— Offering to take the cell phone number of a patient so that they can remain safely in their vehicle until they are ready to be tested. 

— Allowing patients to leave and then come back within a certain time frame. 

— If a patient enters the PCC with a group of people (i.e. sometimes patients come with members of their family for support) we ask that those not required remain outside the lab or in their vehicles. 


Information for Patients:

We know our patients have questions and concerns about COVID-19, and it is important to us that our patients are properly informed regarding matters related to their health and their family's health.

If you have a requisition for COVID-19 testing, DO NOT go to a DynaLIFE Patient Care Centre. We cannot collect for this test.

If you recently returned from travel outside Canada or have symptoms - cough, fever, fatigue or difficulty breathing:
• stay home – do not go to an ER or clinic
