Physical Distancing Practices in our Patient Care Centres: 

DynaLIFE requires all patients to wear a provided surgical mask while visiting any of our locations.

Our reception areas and waiting rooms can pose challenges in maintaining a 2 metre distance from other people for prolonged periods of time; because of this, we will be providing surgical masks for everyone’s protection.

We kindly ask that all patients still physical distance by 1 metre or 3 feet of space.

The safety of our staff and patients is our first priority. That is why we are committed to:

  • Providing a surgical mask to every patient
  • Providing access to hand sanitizer for everyone at our locations
  • Cleaning regularly and disinfecting surfaces in high traffic areas
  • Screening the health of our staff and asking them to stay home at home if unwell

We know our patients have questions and concerns about COVID-19, and it is important to us that our patients are properly informed regarding matters related to their health and their family's health.

If you have a requisition for COVID-19 testing, DO NOT go to a DynaLIFE Patient Care Centre. We cannot collect for this test.

If you recently returned from travel outside Canada or have symptoms - cough, fever, fatigue or difficulty breathing:
• stay home – do not go to an ER or clinic
• take the
