At DynaLIFE, our top priority is the health and safety of our patients and staff. We have been closely monitoring the rapidly evolving global response to COVID-19, and we have been taking actions to ensure we are responding accordingly. 

We would like to assure patients that we will continue to provide the quality lab services that they have come to expect, and that we are complying with all Public Health recommendations and measures.

If you are a patient that is at risk (e.g. immunocompromised), please alert our staff at the reception desk when you arrive. Patients who arrive at our patient care centres may be asked if they are experiencing cold-like symptoms (cough, sneezing, fever) to ensure that we are taking all steps in order to prevent the further spread of COVID-19.  If you are experiencing these symptoms, we ask that prior to visiting a DynaLIFE lab, you contact Health Link at 811 for information or visit https://myhealth.alberta.ca/journey/covid-19/Pages/COVID-Self-Assessment.aspx to self-assess.

We know that this unprecedented situation is overwhelming and can create anxiety as we watch the world effort to slow and prevent the spread of COVID-19. As Albertans and Canadians, we must work together to prevent the spread and show compassion and support for those who may need our help.

This situation is changing rapidly, but we will continue to provide updates to our patients and staff as the situation unfolds.
