Dr. Aye received her medical degree in Burma. She did graduate studies in cellular and molecular pathology at the University of Toronto and post graduate studies in bone and mineral research at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. Dr. Aye then completed a residency in anatomical and clinical pathology at Washington Hospital Center, Washington DC and a fellowship in cytopathology at NYU Medical Center, New York.
